Microsoft moves in mysterious but occasionally useful ways.  They decided to release a pdf reference of over 250 console commands.  It is available here:

I am not a big command shell user mostly, because I seem to always want to type bash commands instead of Windows commands.  But when it's needed, it is needed and a handy reference never hurts. 

Now that MSFT allows us to run the command shell version of Debian distros on top of the Windows Linux subsystem,  I might finally have a solution to the bash command problem.
