I tried to compile using 2018B for the first time in two weeks. My extenders button is now disabled. Please help...

You have the "Small EXE for Networked PC's" option selected. Since by definition that option does not add any DLLs or other files to the compiled script's exe, both the "Extenders" and "Other Files" buttons are disabled. Select a different option to compile extenders into the exe.
