My Periodic Feature Request

Time once again for my periodic feature request....these are things I, probably, have requested before but like to send a reminder as they are things I continue to hope for as they would be useful.  I do not work off a written list but one in my head that is continually reinforced by the repeated encounter of situations were they would be of use.   The upside is the one-off ideas I have generally do not get submitted :-)

ItemSort()  - A descending option and also a dedupe option.

BinaryTagRepl() - option to only replace text between tags.
BinaryTagInit() - option to have it start the End Tag search from the End of the buffer and search backwards.

Assuming such an option doesn't exist...which seems odd if it doesn't.

     BinaryInsert()  - Insert at a specific offset.
