WebBatch refuses to license.  Is there a way to create the reg. entries myself?

IUSR and the account under which WebBatch runs has been temporarily added to the local Administrators group.

I have licensed WebBatch on Windows 2012 and 2012 R2 many times and the only problems have involved fat fingers on the keyboard.  There certainly isn't any licensing reason to make the IUSR account a member of the Administrator group.  WebBatch only needs to read the 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Wilson WindowWare' key and not write to it after it is licensed.  And no, you can't make the licensing registry entries yourself.

Try uninstalling WebBatch, deleting the aforementioned key and reinstalling.
