SUGGESTION: WinBatch editor Replace in Selected Area
« on: June 14, 2018, 05:56:39 am »
In a future release of WinBatch Studio Editor, could you add the option Search | Replace with the ability to replace in a selected area also?
Thanks,  Gregory

Thanks for the feedback.  That is an interesting idea and I can see how it would be useful.   Some consideration has been given to adding something similar to the Syntax Analyzer.  I can't think of any reason why it couldn't be added to search and replace too.

That would be awesome.  There are many time when this option would be useful.  Especially when creating a new script by hacking code from other existing scripts.
