Could be wrong but I don't believe any WinBatch extenders acts as a cover for the TAPI. I do believe there are examples in the Tech. Db that call TAPI functions via the WinBatch DllCall function. You would need to check your script to confirm that this is how you are using the TAPI.
I cannot offer any suggestions on how to correct your problem. I am sure you have already consider performing a Web search on multiple search terms in attempt to find some help.
