Title: Cancel previous Winbatch Script
Post by: MAlvis on December 04, 2013, 12:48:18 PM
Gentlemen,

How can I enable a Winbatch script to "detect and cancel" a previously running version of the same Winbatch script?

When a script has been started, but fails to complete and is rerun, the two versions of the same script commonly interfere with one another.
Such instances, two or more of the same script on the same machine, should be prevented (at least in most cases).

All the methods I have tried previously have not worked.
Suggestions?

Maybe give this option a try:
