WB2019 update Compiler Issue

I paid for, downloaded and installed WB2019.  While Winbatch.exe and WB Studio show the correct version, and I applied the new ID's to the compiler - when I try to compile for Studio the Compiler still says it is 2018B

Don't know what to tell you.  I just downloaded and installed WinBatch 2019A from the WinBatch+Compiler download page and the 32-bit and 64-bit compilers indicate 2019A.   Did you install WinBatch+Compiler or just WinBatch?  You have to enter your license information to download WinBatch+Compiler but not to just download WinBatch.
