Looking for a list of what changed from old version to new version

I am currently using 2017B and want to update to current version is there a way to see the changes and additions.
I thought at one time there was but it could have been other software.

If go to the WinBatch homepage (www.winbatch.com), you will see "Whats New" in large font.  Under that are the words "Latest updates >>".  All you need to do is click in that area.
