One more fix to cWinInfo. This latest change should fix any remaining issues with the cWinInfo function and the Roboscripter utility.

- Addressed an issue in the cWinInfo function that could sometimes
cause an extender memory allocation error when the passed in window
handle is the handle to a child window that returns more than 16KB of
text content.
