For those with overactive imaginations or just a cynical streak, the online version of Consolidated WIL Help is not replacing the WinBatch Setup installed version. The online version is simply another technical support tool for everyone to take advantage of.
The new site is javascript heavy and generates a lot of round trip network traffic so it may appear a bit slow until your browser has a chance to cache some of the content. Speaking of browsers, we cannot guarantee that the site will work as intended with every browser. Our limited testing suggests that the site works with the latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi, and Edge. Internet Explorer, not so much.
