Title: Omnibus Extender

I posted an update to the Omnibus Extender.   While the Help file would probably still be classified as a horrible mess it is MUCH better than it was before.   Added a new function to the image library.   Updated the SQLite library to version 3.36.0.   A minor tweak here and there to make the Help File match the Extender, which is usually appreciated.
