For those who don't know it, there is a website created by Detlev Dalitz of Germany that contains a library of WinBatch programs.
http://www.winbatch.hpdd.de/
I find it to be very educational, and useful like the tech database.
If anyone has other resources such as this site to share, please post here. Never too many resources and learning tools to share.
