Has anyone put an app (.exe file) created with Winbatch into the Microsoft Store?

If so, what is the process?  What I am thinking is:

1. I create a MSI installer package and load the .exe and .dll files into the package.
https://www.advancedinstaller.com/  -- looks like it might work for that.
2. I convert the .msi installer package into an MSIX package.
3. I test the MSIX package and then submit it to Microsoft.

The mind is everything; What you think, you become.
