Assuming you are referring to WinBatch+Compiler and not just WinBatch, you have two options. You can give Island Lake Consulting LLC $69.00 to purchase a new license and download any version of WinBatch+Compiler you choose. Or you can send your license numbers to support@winbatch.com with a request. If everything verifies, you will eventually be able to download your version of WinBatch+Compiler for a predefined period of time.
Note that Island Lake Consulting LLC does not have Wilson WindowWare, Inc. customer data so Support cannot look up license information for you. You must provide your license numbers.
