ALL:
Just wanted to ask if anyone has seen (in their travels) a FREE remote access program (or even winbatch code on 2 windows machines?) that runs on windows, Linux, AND Mac that provides security (no snooping while connected, no downloading, viewing files, etc. - Just executing keystrokes) ??? The host machine will ALWAYS be Windows based, but I want to be able to use Linux (Raspberry Pi perhaps? or a linux based virtual machine?) or a Mac to be the client which can remotely connect and control (select options from) the windows-based host machine's software... I'm looking to run some old windows-based game software remotely. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance
Ive heard that Splashtop has lots of clients, not sure about Raspberry Pi
This is a .02 cent post. ;)
I've been using AnyDesk with great success for the past few years on Windows and Android.
It says it works on Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, Linux, FreeBSD, Raspberry Pi, and ChromeOS but I don't have any firsthand experience with the other OS's.
AND... it's free for personal use. https://anydesk.com/en/downloads
