When I run my WBT file I get the popup "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device".  How do I stop that message so the WBT can run unattended?

It depends on how you are running your wbt file,  on your version of Windows, and on your version of WinBatch.  If you have a newer version of WinBatch on a newer version of Windows, from File Explorer window, you can just rename the file's extension to "wbt_if".  This also assumes that your script is not doing anything that requires elevated privileges.  Alternatively, you can just turn off elevation prompting, assuming you are allowed to do so.

This is an old subject so there are multiple articles at the Tech Database site and there is even a discussion of the topic in the Consolidated WIL Help file.
