what is the easiest approach to take this example line of text (broken by spaces):

JEFFERSON 71 443317 1CZZJFAG7LC148605 L-WKJ-4434202

To end with this
Field1: JEFFERSON
Field2: 71
Field3: 443317
Field4: 1CZZJFAG7LC148605
Field5: L-WKJ-4434202

I know it has to do with finding the location of the space, but in looking around this morning, I can't seem to find it.
Can someone help with a point in the right direction?
