Our ISP has a few issues that coincided with a LAN hardware problem on the ILC LLC side. The LAN side of the problem has been addressed but our ISP is still incurring bandwidth problems. In short, access to the forum and all the other WinBatch Websites may be slow or nonexistent for brief periods. Hopefully, the ISP issues will be resolved today or in the next day or two...

Now the ISP is working at full speed but ILC's edge-router and main managed switch are not happy with each other. Arrgh...

After enough maledictions to embarrass a sailor, the LAN appears happy again and converses with the fiber optic WAN.  All is well. At least for now anyway.
