Title: Winbatch 2013C exe compliations fail to execute via Mandatory SCCM 2012 pushes
Post by: GOA_SA on July 14, 2014, 01:01:05 PM
Hello,

We have upgraded from XP 32 BIT \ WIn7 64 Bit SCCM 2007 and Winbatch 2008b to SCCM 2012 Win7 64 bit adn Winbatch 2013c environment.

We have deployed a mandatory push of a silent unattended Winbatch 2008b exe which writes a log file stating "hello world" only; this was pushed via both 2007 and 2012 SCCM enivronments and they pass.
We have deployed a mandatory push of a silent unattended Winbatch 2013c exe which writes a log file stating "hello world" only; this was pushed via both 2007 and 2012 SCCM enivronments and they pass.

Can you tell me what might be the problem here?

Sincerely,
Derrick

Difficult to say what could be going on. Would need some more detail.

Did you compile using a small exe or large exe?
Did you include the WIL DLL and any extender dlls in the "push"?
Is the compiled exe code signed?
Did you see anything helpful in the push logs?
Does the log file get generated at all?
