When I click on the menu help -> Dialog Editor Help on the WIL Dialog editor it crashes...
How I can solve this problem?

Not sure what you mean by "crash" but the help does have a problem in that it will hang for a while before launching the help file. You can find the Dialog Editor help file information in the Consolidated WIL Help file and on the documentation Website. In the Consolidated WIL Help file: Home > WinBatch Users Guide > Dialog Editor > WIL Dialog Editor and from the Website

The Dialog Editor Help menu is just a link to the information in the Consolidated WIL Help file so you are not missing any information.
The problem appears to be a defect in some versions of the Windows help system. A workaround will appear in the next release of WinBatch+Compiler.
