Is there a way to run a GUI-based compiled WinBatch .exe file in a Win 10 Docker container? Discuss....

A compiled WinBatch script is nothing more or less than Windows/Intel executable image so you should consult your Docker/Kubernetes/whatever documentation for an answer to the how and the way.
