Title: WBT - <app name> appears when app minimized
Post by: pguild on June 11, 2019, 11:29:12 AM
When I minimize my Winbatch compiled program, it's icon appears in the Taskbar. But the confusing thing is that when I hover the mouse over the icon, two images of the Dialog Box appear. One has the prefix "WBT -" and one does not.  Any thoughts on how to fix this?  :-[

What do you think is broken?

How, in your opinion, should it behave?

It ain't broken so nothing needs to be fixed.  But if you do not wish WinBatch to display its window or icon on the taskbar, read the documentation for the WinHide function in the Consolidated WIL Help file. Pay special attention to the sentence, "A partial-window name of "" (null string) hides the window making the current call to the WIL Interpreter."
