Project tree seems to be persistently on.

I turn it off and save default, and it comes back.

UGH how do I fix this?

Apparently not to interested in using the tools at hand because a forum search on "WinBatch Studio Project" would yield the following:

I searched for project tree

'Restore workspace at startup' fixed it.
