Title: need advice on the WinSock extender

I make use of this extender sometimes to write little single-purpose web servers,
like my old  SnapShot Server (https://techsupt.winbatch.com/webcgi/webbatch.exe?techsupt/nftechsupt.web+WinBatch/Samples~from~Users+Snapshot~Server.txt) in the tech database.

However, this looks like maybe it's only for 32bit?  And it's old. 
Is there a good alternative I should move to for this kind of thing?
(I use sOpen, sListen, sAccept, sSendline, etc)

I hope not as well. Also, the Winsock Extender does have a 64-bit version.
