Extender helpfiles on Windows 10

I've installed the most-recent version of Winbatch and installed some extenders on my Windows 10 system. How do I access the associated help files?

The control manager extender appears to have a 2005 version in .hlp format, and W10 won't open it. I must have done something wrong.

WinBatch and WinBatch+Compiler ship with the latest version of the Control Manager extender available at the time of product release.  All extender help files have been in the new compiled HTML format since around 2007 because Microsoft  dropped Windows support for the old help file format with the release of Windows Vista in 2007.

Educated guess is that you installed an old version of the Control Manger extender over the top of the new version for some unknown reason.
