Context menu for all directories

Is there a way to use filemenus (or something else) to modify the context menu for all directories? Thank you.

Yes there may be several ways but none involving FileMenu.  You would need to find some 3rd party dotNet assemply or DLL to do the heavy lifting for you because you can't do it in straight WIL script.  Or you could learn C++ and write a shell extensions from scratch.
