Vcheck error, 2015B, Windows 10 Pro

1. Upgraded to Windows 10 Professional
2. Installed WinBatch + Compiler 2015B (2015A was installed before the win 10 upgrade)
3. Used WinBatch Navigator to run Vcheck.wbt from a privileged user account.
4. Failed deleting file (Capture2.gif attached).

There were no problems before with Windows 7 and 2015A.

Any suggestions where to look in the Windows 10 - 2015B ?

You don't need to upgrade to Windows 10 to get the error and the solution is simply to delete the 'Downloaded Zips' folder.  You could delete the 'unzipped' folder too, if you like.
