Incorrect licensing data, 8 times

Resolved: I realized finally that I bought two versions and I was putting in the numbers for the 2022 version. An email search revealed my error.

I have 2024A on Windows 10 pro, and I've tried at least 8 times now to enter the data but keep getting the error message. I've also tried first removing the "trial" license info. I'm also copying the numbers from a file that I have used successfully on two previous computers. Any hints?

Update: I switched to an SSD and installed Windows 10 Home ed. x64, and I am still getting the same error. I've tried the control number with and without hyphens.
