PDF WIL Reference Manual?

I have an old "WIL Reference Manual" PDF file dated from from August 2015 that I still find extremely useful. Because I am not a big fan of how the Windows "Help" system looks and works, I typically use this PDF as much as I am able to whenever I need to know the details on how a particular function works or similar WIL info.

Obviously, this old PDF is ridiculously out of date now.

Is there an updated version of this document for WinBatch 2026C I can download? 🤔
