Disable Dialog Close

In a dynamic dialog I have DialogProcOptions(MyDialog_Handle,  DPO_CHANGESYSMENU, 4) set so user can minimize and maximize, but I want close to be disabled- it is an Exit option in menu (what I really want is an option to set just min and max). I thought maybe DialogProcOptions(MyDialog_Handle,  MSG_CLOSEVIA49, @True) would be of some help. Probably something simple, just haven't played with dynamic dialogs in a while.

I'm thinking someone may have posted a dllcall to remove the close button, but not able to find it in Tech database.
