XML to PDF

I have a co-worker that is wishing to convert XML formatting to HTML, and then HTML to PDF.

Is there some method that WinBatch could assist with such converting?

Not seeing the actual XML layout, one process would be akin to - (1) using XLST to transform xml->html (2) load the html into Word and output as PDF.  You could look into the tech DB for posts on either step. But there is no one WB method to handle it that I know of.
